Chef C.'s Wannabe Lunch Menu
Finally, a posting that fits the theme for the blog.Unfortunately, Chef C. did not take any photos of her wonderful creations, to prove that she's indeed a gourmet in the making. But satisfied guests have asked for more. That, i think, is a sign that perhaps there is hope. The first menu here was created for a special lunch, as a tribute to my former boss' retirement from Citi. The second menu was a simple lunch menu for Yan's family get-together last June. There were of course many lunches and dinners since, at Huth (my humble kitchen). But no formal menu was created to document the works. Looking forward to post pictures of some of the dishes that Chef C. had whipped up at Huth and the accompanying table settings.

After spending two consecutive years of Christmas feast at the Huth...tasting the special marinated turkey (2006), beef (2007), salads, soups, nice cocktails etc etc etc in the most ideal ambience and not forgetting the choc fondue as dessert, makes me wanna book myself again for the 3rd time with Chef C for 2008's Christmas.
