First Christmas At One Balmoral

It was 24 Dec 2005, not long after we moved into One Balmoral. My very first time hosting dinner complete with table setting in Singapore. I had hosted many dinners before in my apartment in Hong Kong, but never a Western-styled menu with formal table setting like this. Nothing really spectacular on the menu, but enough for first-time impression. Appetizers consisted of a selection of cheese and cold cuts, as well as escargos. Guests were treated to a choice of cream of mushroom or seafood soup. The main event was grilled tenderloin, and dessert was poached pears. Dinners at Huth had become more sophisticated since, as the menus in my earlier post show.
