Bargain hunting at Angelux

What a fruitful morning at Angelux today. S$340 for the entire "loot", imagine that! And the latest Marc Jacobs' spring collection! Can one beat that? Do not be fooled by the nondescript shop and its uninspiring interior, Angelux is a shopping mecca for many Tai Tais in Singapore. A place where one can stretch the dollar, and where VIPs get additional 10-15% discount. To be on Angelux's loyal clientele list, one just need to be a consistent shopper, as you would have expected. No privilege card will be issued, but they know who is and who isn't a target customer. Be forewarned, a visit to Angelux can be a dangerous proposition!

This Marc Jacob tote bag is this week's hot item. I was told that almost every customer who dropped by this week had picked this one up. A practical design using light-weight material, and an irresistable price, gives it a winning formula. I have great plans with this overnight travel bag.

This Karren Miller "bomber jacket"-styled top is yet another great find today, that I am extremely pleased with.

Got these two cute T-shirts from a different shop at the same mall, at 50% off the original price. I was told they were sourced from Hong Kong, and the pictures on the garment were hand-sewn. When paired with a denim vest (part of my Angelux hunt today), it's absolutely chic!

Make no mistake, great finds are not things that matter....but bargain shopping is!
