Construction has finally started! An entirely new experience for Yan and I - from design conception, working together with architects and contractors, to dealing with land and tax authorities. TOP scheduled for end Dec (hopefully in time for a huge Christmas party!). My newfound respect for architects - their job is definitely not easy, and certainly not worth the number of years studying for the degree.
