I need good friendly advice. Who can I turn to for help concerning exhorbitant pet consultancy charges? Any complaint hotline? Is the industry regulated by the Health Ministry? Does anyone understand, from the receipt here, what exactly had been prescribed for Fluffy's conditions, that warrant such an outrageous fee? If we have been taken for a ride (for I have a strong suspicion so), I will not hesitate to take all necessary actions.

You can feedback to Singapore Veterinary Association (SVA). This clinic is one of the ex clinics or so called the high end clinics as they always intoduce high end machines. But I doubt anything can be done coz clients can check on the prices before proceed.
The injections look like some common anti-inflammatory jab, for muscle and bacteria infection. Only from the blood test can tell the actual cause.
Well..wish Fluffy a speedy recovery :). Was hopeful to see her as active as before.
thanks. fluffy's conditions remain the same - she behaves like a seal now, dragging her body around the house. it has been 6 months. doubt if she would recover. it will be a miracle if she does. very sad. the consolation is she still looks as cute as ever from the front leg and up.
