But that didn't matter. She was as passionate about her cooking as she would have been in a properly equipped kitchen. Chef C. is an efficient cook. She could whip up a feast within minutes, on time and on budget. Spaghetti Aglio Olio, served with buttered brocolli, mashed potatoes, rocket leaves salad, pan-seared beef fillet, paired with a bottle of red wine from the Napa Valley.
