Glutinous rice and ginkyo nuts are inserted into the chicken cavity, and the whole chicken is then slowly cooked in an original ginseng flavored soup base. This interesting mix of ingredients enhances the herbal ginseng aroma and taste. The glutinous rice after hours of immersion in the soup has a soft texture that is very pleasing to the palate. It is worth the long wait.
